Hi!

I started working on a roadmap and made three milestones:
- 0.1 - what we should work now
- next milestone - what we decided to have, but not yet now
- ideas for the future - ideas we might think about

I wrote down some tickets:

I updated README as well, to make it easier to understand how you can
contribute and what is currently to work on.

So for 0.1 I suggest that we provide:
- work on arXiv publications and authors
- you can higlight on PDFs
- you can make three types of annotations (generic, question, review)
- comment on annotations
- link from annotations to higlights
- tag everything with private, public, or only-for-group tags
