The application is looking great! I just have a couple of comments: the assumptions section is looking a little pessimistic. I think it should be softened a little, or include some insights into dealing with these assumptions and why we have the confidence to work with such assumptions; finally, on addressing the obstacles, I have basically the same view. Make it clearer that we do have solutions.
