Hi!

Based on some feedback from users I clarified our terms of use and
privacy policy. See the new versions here:

Mostly I explained in a bit more detailed how it is about importing a
publication and if you can or cannot do it (you can, but you have to set
access settings properly). People were confused about that and were not
sure if they can import closed access publications.

Nothing of this went through any lawyer's hands. We are still searching
for a lawyer who could help us here.
