~Michael updated, and Natalia reviewed, the Knight News
Challenge application.
~Gary will be representing PLib at the OA Generation Open Week
lightning talks this Thursday.
DEV:
~Larry finished processing the pdf script, and will polish it
up for use this week.
~Tim is creating a new English language analyzer so different
forms of a word can be recognized.
~Nihil is working with Scribe, latex and their application to
PLib.
~Opal finished the basic template, (and abandoned bootstrap).
~Rodrigo is working with a Poli-Sci person on voting
algorithms and frameworks; as well as a filtering system for
annotations.
