A lot of progress has been made, but we definitely need people to get used to github/tickets and update their progress more promptly. Not everyone updated tickets again. More general details towards the end!
Also, Mitar and I talked about making people each focus on a certain ticket or two instead of spreading themselves to thin, which sometimes lead to miscommunication. I think there may be a more efficient way to split work. For example, Rachel is taking on a lot of tasks and coordination, and if someone who had less work/finished a ticket could take on some lingering responsibilities (don't forget to make/assign ticket!), it would ease progress, equal out work-load, and facilitate coordination.
Ticket: https://github.com/peerlibrary/peerlibrary/compare/admin-dashboard ~Rodrigo is working on a filtering system for annotations.
~Kevin is working on database migration (need ticket) and 404 ticket.
~Spencer working on script update? Any updates?
~Mitar went to KangasCon and oversaw entire operations.
