A lot of progress has been made as usual, but not proportionately many ticket updates. 

Meeting Notes (for detail) - will be emailed by Mitar before 8PM meeting

OUTREACH & FUNDING:

    ~Klara working on Sloan Foundation application and helping obtain letters of support from outside organizations/nonprofits.

    ~Camille -- no ticket/assigned tickets --> needs to update bio

    ~Rachel applying to travel fellowships for FORCE 2015 and travel scholarships for LibrePlanet 2015. Attended Author's Alliance & Internet Archive and working on Horizon 2020 evaluation.

    ~Brian completed first iteration for the Antonio Pizzigati Prize, completed blog Type C, and following discussion on sustainability.

    ~Michael helping blog posts and working on promo material.

    ~Gary working on submitting demo for FORCE 2015 (Dec. 1 Deadline)

    ~Jared helping with application material for session for FORCE 2015 (Dec. 1 Deadline).

    ~Larry working more on PDF normalization. updates?

~ Extend your bios: refer to Rachel's Ticket (URGENT!) -- this needs to be done, been too long//letters of motivation also needed

~Continue to find funding opportunities

For everyone:
~Two designs for business cards - Spencer / Matic. Which one are we deciding to go with?

Upcoming Weekly Milestones
1) Everyone fix their Bios! and Motivation Letters

2) Attend / notify on ticket when one can attend a conference. Use PeerLibrary G-Calendar for reference!

3) Apply for session and demo for FORCE 2015 (Gary and Jared). Apply for Travel fellowships due on Dec. 1, 2015 (Rachel). (IMPORTANT)

4) Sloan and Antonio Prize now top priority (Klara and Brian)

5) Open Hatch reports?
