Sounds good!

To be 100% clear, we are meeting ONLINE at the meeting notes page for chat, and in hangouts for whoever wants to use hangouts. Let's just regroup one time before break, since we already scheduled this meeting for some people. We will then enter remote operations mode.

Gary, I'd like to meet with you one time before Force in January, just to make sure we have everything locked down for it.

Individual chat sessions can/will be requested as needed after tonight.

Hey there!

So, to be 100% clear, are we not meeting tonight in person?
I just checked my email, so I'm sorry I did not RSVP last night!

Hello Outreach PeerLibrarians!

Communication counts. Use github all the time. If you ever need help with any task- what to do, making a deadline, conflict between tasks, your schedule gets thrown off, etc- just let me know! As long as we know what's going on, we can make it work :-)

(If you're someone who communicates a lot already, just keep doing what you're doing. If you're wondering if you communicate enough, you could always communicate more)

What Mitar said,++:
  • finish the things we planned to do
  • finish development tasks
  • Get PeerLibrary into classrooms, #1 for Outreach- contact professors and follow the Strategy and First Meeting Map in g-drive.
  • Work on materials for presenting PeerLibrary to use in classrooms and elsewhere
  • email the listserv if you need to drop a task, don't just un-assign yourself on github- we need to know immediately when someone else needs to pick it up
  • some of these tasks could use two+ people, don't feel pressure to finish it all on your own- what matters is that it's done well and on time.
~If you're looking for a new task, remember to use the Milestones on Github.

Have a super fun (and safe) break everyone!

Happy Learning,
Rachel

Hi!

Hm. We could maybe all go into remote-operations mode. We have all the
tools for that, mailing lists, tickets, wikis. So we all continue
working and communicating, but maybe we do not have regular meetings for
the winter break. I think that will be the best.

But, this still means we have to finish things we planned for the winter
break:
- finish development tasks
- arrange PeerLibrary to be used next semester in classes
- work on materials for presenting PeerLibrary for use in classes and
elsewhere

Mitar

Also following off Spencer. I am in Korea for the winter, and I will be
traveling to China for a family trip tomorrow! I don't think I can be
online at that time, but I will try my best. Any urgent matters?

Yo. I'm not going to a meeting tomorrow. Why the urgency?

 Hi everyone,
Please *individually RSVP to me **ASAP** for tomorrow night's meetin*g.

I'm *emphasizing* here, that if you worked on something this week for us
to check in on or still want to be involved in peerlibrary in future, at
the very least attend over chat-
* if not in google hangouts then keep the meeting notes open during that
time and use the chat window on the bottom right-hand corner*.

The meeting will be in the *Woz* *at 8pm.* I'll be available 7:30 if you
need to talk early.

Here are the minutes and agenda:
